Your info file should have something like this near the top: INFO-DIR-SECTION Texinfo documentation system START-INFO-DIR-ENTRY * Info: (info). Documentation browsing system. END-INFO-DIR-ENTRY In Texinfo sources, you'd write that like this: @dircategory Texinfo documentation system @direntry * Info: (info).
