With respect, I beg to differ. If I were demanding that you do something TODAY, then yes, it would be inconsiderate to not have a patch or a suggestion to offer. But otherwise, I make no apologies for pointing out a bug without a patch in hand. The author typically knows their software better than I, and is usually in a better position to suss out the fix. -Steve P.S.
