I've uploaded a pre-release version of rio500 (#85099 in the BTS) to <http://people.debian.org/~adric/rio500/>. If anyone feels a burning desire to take a look at it, I'd appreciate hearing any comments you might have.
I need to tweak README.Debian a bit and bump the Debian version -1, but I think it's otherwise ready to be uploaded. The only lintian message is "W: rio500: mknod-in-maintainer-script postinst:32"... /sbin/MAKEDEV doesn't know how to create /dev/usb/* devices yet, so I think that part's unavoidable for now. Cheers!
