Well, download the required packages to teach you how to build debs
according to debian's packaging guides and policy. Check the license to
verify if xgospel is DFSG-compliant. Package it (and for <insert favourite
deity here>´s sake, test it throughoutly). Upload it to a public-accessiable
server, and ask for sponsorship.

Feel free to direct questions on the packaging itself to this forum,
provided you RTFM first :)

The required docs can be found in www.debian.org, but a few of the packages
you will need are: debian-policy, developers-reference
