D'oh! I forgot about wterm; I have never used gnome-terminal; and I left out rxvt because it is transparent only if you leave it in one spot, last I checked. wterm, aterm, and Eterm all do it on their own, and I imagine gnome-terminal does also, but just as heavy as Eterm does it.
