No, it's not. I packaged lavaps, and made it link with tcl8.0/tk8.0. Now I received a request to "add a ..8.2 dependency"? WTF? Does the requested mean that he would like me to split the package into lavaps-tcl8.0 and lavaps-tcl8.2, or can tcl8.2 somehow provide tcl8.0 compability?
