After two people mentioned the need for a program to sign remote
.changes/.dsc files....

devscripts 2.4.0 contained debrsign, this assumes that you are working
on the machine where the build happened and you want to sign on a
remote, SSH-accessible machine. But if the converse happens, where
the remote machine did the build, one would need to copy the files
over manually, use debsign (formerly known as signchanges) to sign
them and then copy them back.

I have just uploaded devscripts 2.4.1 in which debsign has a new
option: -r [EMAIL PROTECTED] This will automate the process of
copying the files from the remote machine, signing them locally and
copying them back.

Enjoy!
