but at the same time needs a terminal open for the command line interface. I'd like to say needs=X11, but still have the window manager open it in its preferred termial emulator. Is this possible ? I could just say needs=X11 and then command="/usr/X11R6/bin xterm -e rasmol", but what if xterm is not available? I look in /etc/alternatives and there doesn't seem to be a link that means "preferred terminal emulator". John
