I recently familiarized myself with the debian packaging system and would like to contribute to the debian distribution. I figure reading the packing/policy manual is a good place to get the rest of my info. However when I look at the DDP site much of the information there is listed as orphaned or out-of-date. Is there another place I should be looking for this information? Do those pages explain uploading packages?
