There's a new version of tcpquota on the way, and I'm getting some warnings from lintian...

The 'create_database.sql' is a SQL dump, used for creating the database.
tcp_masq_openhost have to be suid to be able to write in the database.
What should the changes file be named if CHANGES is not good enough?
The whole package is made in perl, no arch dependent files...
