What this seems to say is:
libdbd-mysql-perl OR libdbdb-msql-perl AND libdbd-mysql-perl OR msql AND mysql
OR
libdbd-msql-perl AND mysql OR msql
Didn't understand a thing... :) Lets put the thing I want to do in pseudo code:
if (libdbd-mysql-perl AND mysql) OR (libdbd-msql-perl AND msql); then
true
else
false
endif
