The maintainer of the GNUstep packages (gstep-*) wanted to delay the
directory layout of the GNUstep packages until the slink
release. Therefore all gstep-* packages are in the contrib section in
hamm. (installed in /usr/lib/GNUstep/{Makefiles,Headers,Apps,...}).
In the current GNUstep directory layout(/usr/doc/gstep-make/DESIGN.gz),
there is no directory for configuration files specified. However a
GNUstep application should honor the GNUstep layout. This seems to be
much easeier in slink (with FHS) as in hamm.

(sorry, I did not install WindowMaker to verify, if WindowMaker is a
GNUstep-only application).
