AFAIK, just re-upload the package with your name in the maintainer field 
in the control file and in the changelog file (and a new version).  The 
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, I think, is for taking files out of 
orphaned state and off the list of orphaned packages.

The bug tracking system and package maintainer lists (i.e., 
www.debian.org/packages.html) is dynamically derived from what's actually 
in the distribution.

BTW, the bug tracking system seems *very* slow at picking up changes in 
the Packages files.   I uploaded a new version of addressbook with my 
maintainer address almost a week ago and it's still not listing.
