Yes, you may want to contact upstream who info is providen on the
webpage and ask him to clarify and include a file where he should put
the license for the artwork, author's name and email address.

I don't think he needs to put such statements on each source image,
providen that he puts a license for the whole artwork or for each one
in a LICENSE file or something.
