some short review, (ran out of time to complete it)
- d/changelog 1.5.18-4 has never been uploaded, this should be your next
version to be uploaded, merge the changelog entries.
- d/changelog should explain changes. ("Why" not "What")
- d/control droping Pre-Depends and ${misc:Depends}, ${gir:Depends},
${python3:Depends}, but no mentioning (nor explaining why) in d/changelog.
Are those intentional?
