Not an issue as such, but I would not put an override on 'Standards-Version'.

the override is there because newer-standards-version is a warning,
and so breaks the Salsa CI pipeline when SALSA_CI_LINTIAN_FAIL_WARNING
is set.
I'd prefer to leave it this way unless a sponsor insists on removing.
Additionally, I would remove the empty 'd/patches' directory.
