A few minor things that didn't put enough weight on the scale to be a
blocker for today's upload, but would be a good idea to fix as part
of a future update:
* control: weird line wrapping in the last paragraph of the long
description.
* d/tests:
+ actually make use of 'set +x' instead of imitating its output by
duplicating everything in echo commands.
+ 'version' test should be marked superficial.
