What I meant is that I thought another DD had already sponsored this upload just before you got to it (I think it was jcfp@, CCed). I wasn't sure if it was complete because the new version hadn't yet showed up in packages.d.o or tracker.d.o, but now it has (took a while!). So this is complete (and this bug is already marked as done).
FYI, I just tagged and pushed 3.11.2-2 to VCS. It was previously sitting in a merge request because I wasn't sure if there was going to be any review feedback.
