Some context: adminer is already in Debian but is dead upstream and maintenance
now happens in the adminerevo project. VCS is available on salsa[1] but should
be moved to the debian namespace. I'm a DM and commit to maintaining this as

seems to be a potential candidate upstream to switch to.
