I know this one is difficult providing good information, but adding the people from that file would be a good start that could be expanded on later.
It lines up with git commit log, so I added them all. But I feel like we are supposed to follow what the project declares as copyright holders, not assign copyright to any author. e.g. where projects have The "Something" Authors or similar.
