Of course it's expected that the quality will be low, but in these spending efforts to teach prople how to improve them is not worth it because the contributions themselves are not useful and the contributors won't return. As I said, this is in contrast with random drive-by PRs that try to reword docstrings or fix linter issues I'm getting as an upstream, where at least the contributions themselves are sometimes useful. -- WBR, wRAR
