From what I see here, https://github.com/sysaulab/prandom and
https://github.com/sysaulab/prandom-debian do not exist. Looking at
https://github.com/sysaulab?tab=repositories , there is no indication
that such repositories exist as well. This package also does not exist on
mentors.debian.net.
As a result, I can only reach the conclusion that you no longer would
like to have this package enter Debian. Closing this bug report
accordingly.
If you think it is a mistake, please follow the comments at
https://bugs.debian.org/1080306#10 and try again.
