Except that it is a pure MIT license. Could that cause issues?
I was involved in at least two similar occurrences of "must rename if
modified" license clauses:

For InChI library it was decided against uploading it, but Protein
DataBank files were not prevented from entering the archive. In the end
both clauses were resolved upstream.
