Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: important

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "ironseed":

 * Package name     : ironseed
   Version          : 0.4.0-7
   Upstream contact : Matija Nalis <mnalis-...@voyager.hr>
 * URL              : https://github.com/mnalis/ironseed_fpc
 * License          : GPLv3
 * Vcs              : https://salsa.debian.org/mnalis/ironseed.git
   Section          : games

The source builds the following binary packages:

  ironseed - science-fiction exploration/strategy adventure game in space

To access further information about this package, please visit the following
URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/ironseed/

Alternatively, you can download the package with 'dget' using this command:

  dget -x
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/i/ironseed/ironseed_0.4.0-7.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

  * try to make autopkgtest work on slower architectures like armel
  * avoid rare autopkgtest failure due to cursor color change
  * document test as flaky (just in case the above didn't help)
    Closes: #1077928
  * remove gdc data rebuild workaround for mipsel, as Bug#980204
    was resolved in Bookworm
  * update Standards-Version to 4.7.0

My regular sponsor seems currently unavailable, and #1077928 is
marked with "Severity: serious" as autopkg failures are blocking the
migration of gcc-14, so I'm looking for quick interim sponsor here
(i.e. no long-term commitment required; unless you'd like of course!)

Changes are minor to previous release so should not be much work to check.

Regards,
Matija Nalis

I would indeed, especially with Phil’s QC (thanks for that Phil!). I’ve
looked over the changes and everything seems OK, so I’ve uploaded the package.
Feel free to ping me again if you need more uploads to sort out the
autopkgtest situation on slow architectures.

Regards,

Stephen
