It is. But adding "python" in front doesn't help. Your package will
also still take the "keep" program name, so renaming the package
doesn't help.

python-raccoon is a library.  Your package is a program meant to be
directly used. Taking conclusions from libraries and applying to
programs is usually a bad idea.

Probably.

Would be good if upstream would pick a less generic name, but
changing that downstream usually just confuses everyone.
