c-evo-dh seems to be a game and even has the 'Debian Games Team' as uploader, so shouldn't that be better in their namespace rather than in the generic 'catch-all' ? Your RFS #1075861 was CC'ed to their list [even if I don't see July in the list-archive yet], so perhaps ask there if they can adopt the VCS, too. Not a team member through, so I don't know their rules/preferences. If you already asked or if it shouldn't be there for some reason feel free to ping me off-list and I see to creating an empty repo debian/c-evo-dh (I can't sponsor the RFS through).
