Please also note that you should use uscan (or gbp import-orig --uscan) to import new versions, which will currently result in tar.gz and not (as in your pristine-tar) in a tar.xz because the debian/watch scans for tar.gz.
So please also use the pristine-tar from my repo for pushing into the team repo.
