Your watch file points to pypi.debian.net but seemingly you have got your orig.tar.gz from somewhere from the upstream
git repo at 952b1025 instead of the version tag.
Please fix the watch file to download from the place that you have got your tarball from and download the version that
you claim to package.
Please have a look at git-buildpackage. Having a Vcs is optional in Debian, so if you want to have an additional repo
for the package you want to use that tool to manage it. Else, please drop the Vcs fields.
debian/copyright's GPL-3 short name must be replaced by GPL-3+ because the license grant
has the "or later" clause.
