memtest86+: binary and iso paths

Hi, about memtest86+ I have doubts about which path is better for binary and iso files and therefore I would like to ask you for advice, actually for next version are:

debian/locale usr/share
build32/memtest.efi => boot/memtest86+x32.efi
build32/memtest.bin => boot/memtest86+.bin
build32/memtest.iso => usr/lib/memtest86+/memtest86+x32.iso
build64/memtest.bin => usr/lib/memtest86+/memtest86+x64.bin
build64/memtest.efi => boot/memtest86+x64.efi
build64/memtest.iso => usr/lib/memtest86+/memtest86+x64.iso
debian/grub => /etc/grub.d/20_memtest86+

iso files are ok on /usr/lib/memtest86+ or should be in /usr/share/memtest86+?

in the case of /usr/lib should be /usr/libxec instead or I'm wrong?

bin and efi files should be in /boot for works in the case of /boot partition out of the root one or grub have something I not remember that make load also root partition that contain it if different from the boot one?
