Your changes are all good. However, an upload that's not done by the
maintainer (or Uploaders) listed in the control file needs to be marked
somehow -- in this case, by having " * QA upload" in the changelog.
While we're there, please update the maintainer to:
Debian QA Group <packa...@qa.debian.org>
It might be also good to drop the -dbg package, it's obsolete as we have
automatic -dbgsym for quite a bit of time already.
