I am sorry for your package being in the waiting queue for so long.
It looks good to me, except for two things:
There are a lot of copyright notices that you do not mention in
debian/copyright,
most prominently Red Hat copyrighted files.
And debian/watch:
Trying uscan --download --download-current-version ...
uscan die: filenamemangle failed for v11.tar.gz at
/usr/share/perl5/Devscripts/Uscan/Output.pm line 60.
Could not find any location for tlog_11.orig.tar.*
When you have provided a version with fixes for them please untag moreinfo.
