Great. If you really want to maintain a fork i'd consider renaming to
make that obvious (e.g. mm-mmsd) to avoid confusion within distros.
Please only leave only the latest version in the changelog until the pkg is
sponsored.
In the closing entry you have

It is the sponsor's responsibility to change the RFS (985893), so please remove that from
the changelog. I see that Guido is merging your MRs, so I guess he will also take care of
sponsoring.
