Hi Andrius, It has been quite a while since we last spoke, and in the meantime the world has turned upside down. Still I wonder if we could make a little progress with this. The OpenMM people wanted us to wait until the next release. Now 7.5 is available so perhaps we could move forward with that one? It is not necessary to separately package OpenMM for debian, we can just choose an alpha release that we like and distribute that with MMB.
