I am looking for a sponsor for my update to the "calibre" stretch-backport. It is a no-change backport, and I confirmed that it works perfectly well with my Kobo. This update is justified because epub to mobi conversion was broken for a time; as I do not own a Kindle I am not able to confirm for what versions this functionality was broken.
