OK, I won't worry about it too much, although I am a little puzzled why the .pm files wind up in /usr/lib/perl5. (Maybe something about propagation of INSTALLDIRS=vendor to the subdirectory's Makefile.PL?) I have just set up a clean sid system (powerpc, for variety) so that I can test properly. Once I'm confident that I know what I'm doing, I'll package other AxKit-related packages from CPAN. cpan> d /axkit/ Distribution C/CT/CTHOM/xsp/AxKit-XSP-LDAP-0.1.tar.gz Distribution D/DR/DRRHO/AxKit-XSP-Blog-0.01.tar.gz Distribution F/FM/FMACHABEE/AxKit-XSP-Swish-0.2a.tar.gz Distribution J/JA/JANPAZ/Apache-AxKit-RayApp-0.44.tar.gz Distribution J/JW/JWALT/Apache-AxKit-Plugin-Session-0.93.tar.gz Distribution K/KH/KHAMPTON/Apache-AxKit-Plugin-AddXSLParams-Request-1.01.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/Apache-AxKit-Provider-OpenOffice-1.02.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/Apache-AxKit-Provider-PodSAX-1.00.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-Provider-HTML-1.0.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-Cookie-1.41.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-ESQL-1.4.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-Exception-1.6.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-IfParam-1.4.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-Param-1.4.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-PerForm-1.83.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-Sendmail-1.4.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-Util-1.6.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-WebUtils-1.6.tar.gz Distribution M/MS/MSERGEANT/AxKit-XSP-Wiki-0.06.tar.gz Distribution N/NA/NACHBAUR/AxKit-XSP-BasicSession-0.16.tar.gz Distribution N/NA/NACHBAUR/AxKit-XSP-QueryParam-0.01.tar.gz Distribution N/NA/NACHBAUR/AxKit-XSP-Session-0.11.tar.gz Distribution N/NI/NIKC/AxKit-App-Gallery-0.4.tar.gz Any thoughts on how I ought to package these? I was thinking that perhaps Matt Sergeant's and Michael Nachbaur's modules should be rolled into the axkit source package and split into binary packages as needed along dependency lines. I haven't used any of the others yet; in the absence of specific requests, I think I'll work on building a test site that exercises all of Matt and Michael's modules and push for package quality before trying to package the other authors' modules. - Michael -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
