I'm not a DD or DM, but here are my comments. 1) d/README.source and d/README.Debian are not required and should have something of consequence in them. The trivial versions that you have provided should be removed or updated with useful information. 2) uscan doesn't work, so d/watch needs to be fixed. uscan warn: In debian/watch no matching files for watch line http://sf.net/p/kmfl/ ibus-kmfl-(.*)\.tar\.gz debian uupdate 3) configure complains about a missing ibus package, so it looks like d/control needs a Build-Depends update. 4) d/control Description could use improvement. Does upstream provide a description, possibly in .spec file? My advice is to use that, if available.
