the man page of minieap described the usage of the tool more specifically.
minieap is an EAP client that implements the standard EAP-MD5-Challenge
algorithm and supports plug-in modification of standard data packets for
special server-side authentication. Currently there is a plug-in for Ruijie v3
(v4) algorithm. It can also be used as a normal 802.1x client.
