Also, in case of a sponsored upload (efl was sponsored by Andreas Metzler)
you need to remind the sponsor about the need to use -v.  This is too easy
to miss otherwise.

(Always looking at "debdiff last.dsc new.dsc|colordiff|less -R" is a good
sponsoring practice, but not everyone does this.)
