It's usually not a good idea to make an upload just to update the maintainer name, see https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/developers-reference/ch05.en.html#adopting and https://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/#l3 for the actual procedures. You've also got the RFS title wrong, please read the template more carefully.
