Per advice received on bug "#862311 - ITP: hfi1-firmware -- non-free
firmware for Intel Omni-Path hfi1 fabric interface", I have closed that bug
and am removing the hfi1-package from mentors.
Filed "Bug#862458: firmware-misc-nonfree: please add hfi1 firmware".
