xf86-input-tslib: new upstream release (and location)

Hi all,

xf86-input-tslib is kind of dying in Debian, see
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/xf86-input-tslib

tslib itself that this driver uses, has quite some users still. Now

https://github.com/merge/xf86-input-tslib/releases

Since there still is the old packaging repository:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/xf86-input-tslib.git/

Does one of you maintainers want to pick that up and create an 0.0.7-1
for unstable? The patches that were included by Debian are not needed
anymore.
