Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: wishlist
Dear mentors,
I am looking for a sponsor for my package "openscap-daemon"
* Package name : openscap-daemon
Version : 0.1.6-1
Upstream Author : Martin Preisler <mar...@preisler.me>
* URL : https://www.open-scap.org/tools/openscap-daemon
* License : LGPLv2+
Programming Lang: Python
Section : admin
Description : SCAP security policy compliance daemon for a
complete infrastructure
It builds those binary packages:
openscap-daemon - SCAP daemon and CLI to manage periodic checks on a
complete infrastructure
To access further information about this package, please visit the
following
URL:
https://mentors.debian.net/package/openscap-daemon
Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this
command:
dget -x
https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/o/openscap-daemon/openscap-daemon_0.1.6-1.dsc
The package has been passed to debomatic:
http://debomatic-amd64.debian.net/distribution#unstable/openscap-daemon/0.1.6-1
The openscap-daemon is a part of the SCAP ecosystem based on the
OpenSCAP tool to support policy compliance check at infrastructure
level. scap-daemon is composed of a daemon associated to a CLI to manage
policy check tasks to
- remote hosts (through ssh)
- virtual machines
- docker images
the daemon can be configured to schedule periodically such policy
compliance check. Reports and results are then stored locally and can be
postprocessed through other softwares (Foreman or in a easy way through
a website).

Philippe Thierry
