Ok, I hope they will merge it. You might want to rebase it (and catch the occasion to do a ping with it), as github says it has conflicts. BTW, the spec of the .desktop file is https://specifications.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/latest/, not what you linked in that PR.
