Thus, I don't feel qualified to review anyone's work. As far as uploading goes, I'm fairly sure my GPG key has expired. For these reasons, I kindly ask that anyone with the inclination would review and upload the package. I do have reservations about moving the package from the PAPT umbrella into collab-maint, but it's not my call anymore. Cheers, Simon
