I have disabled some tests that depend on network access that will fix the FTBFS. I didn't fully consider how the migration process works during a freeze. It was not my intent wasn't for this package to be pushed into stretch because it doesn't appear acceptable under the freeze policy. So I have changed the distribution to be 'experimental' based on Sean Whitton's suggestion. A new package was uploaded to mentors.
