I did not take ownership exactly because I don't intend to shepherd anything. Any involvement from my side is strictly "take it or leave it". I don't intend to owe anyone anything because I volunteered to review something once. My time is already too limited. (And as long as my initial review comments stay unadressed I don't intend to sponsor it either ofcourse. Others might not see those points as issues for uploading, but that's up to them.
