It is the exact opposite. It is reported to be effectively Debian-only and needs a new *upstream*. There is the cgmanager angle as well, which is very relevant to the results of using systemd-shim, and quite non-trivial (and it is also upstream work). A team that is willing to put a lot of upstream-level work into keeping the whole alternative-to-systemd stack is what this (and the related packages) need :-( -- Henrique Holschuh
