I parsed the Debian gcc-5 bugreport list, and I found nothing related. I also Googled, but I got nothing relevant. For me, debugging a compiler is as debugging a kernel: not my cup of tea and certainly out of my scope. Note that for my issue, I could also build with the -O0 option: given that gcc-6 will become the default sooner or later, I choose to built with gcc that does not raise the issue.
