the SCSCP protocol meant for communication between Computer Algebra
Systems (CAS).
This very package is merely a refreshment. In particular the upstream
maintainer was kind
enough to integrate a patch to resolve elegantly a reproducible issue
and to silence some
gcc-6 warnings.
