Some things to fix for the next upload: debian/source/include-binaries is no longer needed debian/patches/fix_version.patch needs updating, probably upstream needs to automate that using something like autorevision. I noticed this in the build log, you probably don't need to patch the shebang: I: dh_python3 tools:100: replacing shebang in debian/icdiff/usr/bin/icdiff https for the Homepage.
